Our partial wedding planning service is perfect for couples who have handled most of the details but want professional support to ensure everything comes together  smoothly in the final stretch. We step in during the month leading up to your wedding to manage all the last-minute logistics, confirm details with vendors, and ensure your timeline is flawless.

From tying up loose ends to coordinating with vendors and finalizing the day's schedule, we take over the legwork so you can enjoy the lead-up to your big day without stress. Our team will also be there on the wedding day to oversee every aspect, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan. With this service, you get peace of mind knowing that all your hard work will come together seamlessly, leaving you free to relax and fully enjoy your special day. 

 

  • We will be the main point of contact for all your vendors and venues, giving you only 1 person to talk to.

  • We’ll help you stay within your budget as the final details are being sorted out.

  • We create a detailed wedding day timeline, coordinating all key moments from the ceremony to the reception.

  • We will research up to 2 remaining vendors for you and help you decide which works best for your needs.

  • Assistance with guest list tracking, final RSVP confirmations, and seating chart coordination.

  • 10 hours of coordination on the day of the wedding, as well as the final venue walk-through, and the rehearsal.

Pricing

Transparent pricing for weddings and affordable services are 2 of our core values here at Ravenwolf Events. All of our services are a-la-carte, meaning you are never locked into a service you don’t want.

Our Partial Wedding Planning service is now priced using a flat fee based on your total wedding budget.

· Budget $0 – $25,000 → $2,400 planning fee

· Budget $26,000 – $50,000 → $3,400 planning fee

· Budget over $50,000 → $4,400 planning fee

 

This fee covers all planning aspects where we’ll be actively involved during the final month(s) leading up to your wedding, including vendor confirmation, timeline creation, logistics management, guest coordination, and day-of coordination.
