We proudly partner with our sister company, Wandering Moon Bar, to provide top-of-the-line (and TIPS certified) bartending services. Wandering Moon Bar is a mobile bartending service offering thoughtfully-crafted cocktails for weddings, private events, and celebrations of all kinds. With an emphasis on friendly, attentive service and warm hospitality, Wandering Moon Bar is designed to elevate your event while keeping the atmosphere relaxed, inviting, and memorable—because good spirits belong wherever the celebration leads.
Basic Bar Package
Ideal for casual gatherings, receptions, or events featuring beer and wine only.

One TIPS-certified bartender for up to 4 hours

Ice, plastic cups, and cocktail napkins
Complete setup and cleanup (we provide tables & coolers)
Beer and wine service (alcohol provided by client)
Add-on options:
Additional bartender: $35/hour
Additional hours: $50/hour
Iced Tea and/or Lemonade option at Water Table: $25 each
Premium Bar Package
Perfect for weddings and upscale celebrations, our Premium Bar Package offers full bar service with a personalized touch.

Staffing Recommendations
To ensure excellent service and a smooth flow at your event, we recommend the following bartender-to-guest ratios:
Beer & Wine Service: 1 bartender per 75 guests
Full Bar or Signature Cocktails: 1 bartender per 50 guests
These guidelines help keep lines short and ensure that every guest is served promptly and safely. If your guest count exceeds these recommendations or your event includes a high-demand bar period (such as immediately following the ceremony), an additional bartender may be required to maintain quality service.
