What We Offer

We proudly partner with our sister company, Wandering Moon Bar, to provide top-of-the-line (and TIPS certified) bartending services. Wandering Moon Bar is a mobile bartending service offering thoughtfully-crafted cocktails for weddings, private events, and celebrations of all kinds. Inspired by the idea that the best moments are meant to be shared wherever people gather, we bring a refined yet approachable bar experience directly to you. With an emphasis on friendly, attentive service and warm hospitality, Wandering Moon Bar is designed to elevate your event while keeping the atmosphere relaxed, inviting, and memorable—because good spirits belong wherever the celebration leads.

Basic Bar Package

Ideal for casual gatherings, receptions, or events featuring beer and wine only for up to 150 guests. Additional bartenders may be required depending on guest count.

Included for $1,000

  • Two TIPS-certified bartender for up to 4 hours

  • Water station table

  • Ice, plastic cups, and cocktail napkins

  • Complete setup and cleanup (we provide tables & coolers)

  • Beer and wine service (alcohol provided by client)

Premium Bar Package

Perfect for weddings and upscale celebrations, our Premium Bar Package offers full bar service with a personalized touch.

Included for $1,200

  • Two TIPS-certified bartender for up to 4 hours

  • Water Station table

  • Ice, plastic cups, and cocktail napkins

  • Complete setup and cleanup (we provide tables & coolers)

  • Service for beer, wine, and liquor (alcohol & mixers provided by client)

  • Up to two signature cocktails curated in advance with your input

Bare Bones Package

This package is for events with a maximum of 30 guests and does not include the optional use of the trailer.

Included for $550

  • One TIPS-certified bartender for up to 4 hours

  • Water station table

  • Ice, plastic cups, and cocktail napkins

  • Complete setup and cleanup (we provide tables & coolers)

  • Service for beer, wine, and liquor (alcohol and mixers provided by client)

  • Two signature cocktails curated in advance with your input.

Bartending Add-Ons

  • Additional Bartender: $50/Hour

  • Additional Hours: $50/Hour/Bartender

  • Iced Tea and/or lemonade option at water table: $25 Each

  • Mobile Bar: The basic & premium package both include an option of indoor or outdoor bar setup. We have a mobile bar trailer (Selene) for use with the outdoor setup if the venue allows.

Meet Selene, our charming vintage-inspired mobile bar, lovingly converted into a fully equipped bar on wheels. With her sage green details, warm wood accents, and timeless character, Selene brings a little old-world charm and a whole lot of personality to any celebration. She’s not just adorable, either—inside, she’s outfitted with everything our bartenders need to keep the drinks flowing and your guests happy. From weddings and private parties to showers, corporate events, and everything in between, Selene rolls in ready to serve and makes a pretty unforgettable addition to the party.

Coffee Services

Basic Coffee Service $3 pp

  • Coffee, Sugar Packets, and creamers

  • Paper cups, stirrers, and napkins

  • Complete setup and cleanup (we provide table and coffee urn)

Deluxe Hot Beverage Service $4 pp

  • All items included within the basic coffee service

  • Additional hot water urn

  • Assorted tea bags, hot chocolate and hot cider packets

Staffing Recommendations

To ensure excellent service and a smooth flow at your event, we recommend the following bartender-to-guest ratios:

  • Beer & Wine Service: 1 bartender per 75 guests

  • Full Bar or Signature Cocktails: 1 bartender per 50 guests

    These guidelines help keep lines short and ensure that every guest is served promptly and safely. If your guest count exceeds these recommendations or your event includes a high-demand bar period (such as immediately following the ceremony), an additional bartender may be required to maintain quality service.
