Wedding Day-Of Coordination
Pricing
Transparent pricing for weddings and affordable services are 2 of our core values here at Ravenwolf Events. All of our services are a-la-carte, meaning you are never locked into a service you don’t want.
Our day-of coordination service is priced at $75 per hour for one coordinator for all time spent on-site. For larger weddings or those with added complexity, additional coordinators may be required at a rate of $35 per hour per extra coordinator. This need will be assessed during the venue walkthrough, where we will discuss the specifics of your event. Before signing a contract, you will receive an estimate based on the anticipated hours and number of coordinators needed. Please note that the final bill will reflect the actual hours worked on the day of your wedding, ensuring you only pay for the services rendered. Additionally, cleanup services are included for $150 allowing you to enjoy your celebration without worrying about post-event tasks.
